Data chits represent a storage device with a dump of raw data extracted from the Oracle AI's research program, such data can be data mined for useful information. At present they are used to develop new upgrades for Avali weapons in the Weapon Workbench though it is likely in future patches there will be further uses.

At present chits can be found randomly in most containers within Avali settlements. However in the near future this will be changed so they are obtained as a loot from Avali microdungeons and random encounters,
